BOARD FEDERATION

The Board of the Afro Diaspora Network Federation (FADN) is composed in accordance with the established statutes and serves as the central governing body of the federation. The Board is responsible for strategic leadership, policy development, and representing the federation to its constituents, partners, and the broader social and governmental landscape.
​
The Board is formed by representatives of Stichting HOOB and Stichting One PoweRRR and consists of the following members:

The Board members jointly bear responsibility for determining the direction of the federation, making decisions, and safeguarding the continuity and integrity of the organization. They act within the mandate set out in the statutes and operate on the basis of collective decision-making.

The Board oversees a transparent and careful governance structure and places great importance on openness, accountability, and collaboration. In its actions, the Board strives for an inclusive and connecting approach, recognizing and strengthening the diversity within the Afro-diaspora.
​
In addition, the Board promotes cooperation among affiliated organizations, societal partners, and relevant networks, both nationally and internationally. The Board actively commits itself to developing and supporting initiatives that contribute to strengthening the position, visibility, and social participation of the Afro-diaspora.

Through strategic policy, dialogue, and partnerships, the Board works toward achieving the federation’s objectives and fostering the sustainable, future-oriented development of the network.
